Questions we get asked
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome and a lot of our work is people who just pulled in. Calling first does help, because then we can have your size ready when you arrive instead of ordering it while you sit. We are open 7:30 to 5 Monday through Friday and 7:30 to noon on Saturday.
How much will it cost?
You get the number before we start. Read us your tire size or the car you drive and we will quote you on the phone, and anything we find once the car is on the rack gets a call before it is ordered. Nothing is fitted without your say-so.
Do you work on my make?
Mac Tires serves daily drivers and performance vehicles, including European cars, plus truck, SUV and boat or utility trailer tire needs. Share the vehicle or trailer details and the work required so the shop can confirm fitment and service scope.
How long will it take?
Timing depends on the work, tire availability and current workload. Call with your vehicle or tire size and ask about the expected wait before coming over. Shop hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 7:30 AM to noon.
Can I wait while you work on my car?
Ask about the expected wait and waiting-area arrangements when you request service. The time needed depends on the job, stock and bay availability; an online request does not reserve an immediate fitting.
What warranty do you offer on tires and labor?
Tire manufacturers’ warranties apply. We stand by our labor and work, but we do not provide a separate warranty document.
What areas do you serve?
Mac Tires is at 518 NE 26 Court in Pompano Beach. Drivers from Lighthouse Point, Deerfield Beach and other nearby Broward communities can call about tire and auto service. Confirm stock and timing before making the trip.
How do I pay, and do you offer financing?
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Zelle and check. We do not offer financing.
