Questions we get asked
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome and a lot of our work is people who just pulled in. Calling first does help, because then we can have your size ready when you arrive instead of ordering it while you sit. We are open 7:30 to 5 Monday through Friday and 7:30 to noon on Saturday.
How much will it cost?
You get the number before we start. Read us your tire size or the car you drive and we will quote you on the phone, and anything we find once the car is on the rack gets a call before it is ordered. Nothing is fitted without your say-so.
Do you work on my make?
Just about anything on four wheels. Daily drivers, work trucks and diesels, and a lot of European and exotic cars on low profile tires, which is what Kevin is known around Broward for. We also do boat and utility trailers. If a job is not one we do well, we will tell you that and point you at someone who does.
How long will it take?
Most tire work, alignments and flats are done while you wait. If a size has to come in, or the job is bigger than tires, we tell you the time when we call with the price, not when you ring to ask. We are open 7:30 to 5 Monday through Friday and 7:30 to noon on Saturday.
Can I wait while you work on my car?
Yes, and most people do. Most tire work is finished while you wait, and there is an air conditioned waiting room with a table, so plenty of customers get a morning of work done while we do theirs. We are in the industrial park just north of Copans Road, one exit off I-95.
What warranty do you offer on tires and labor?
Tire manufacturers’ warranties apply. We stand by our labor and work, but we do not provide a separate warranty document.
